Dr. Shore has been a partner with Nephrology Consultants of Georgia since 2000. He is Chief of Nephrology of the Piedmont Atlanta clinic. Dr. Shore graduated from The Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin, Ireland and moved to The United States in 1995 to complete his internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Shore is an award-winning physician who is known for his compassionate bedside manner and success in treating the most challenging acute, and chronic kidney disease cases. He specializes in the management of refractory hypertension, glomerular diseases, electrolyte disorders and renal transplants.
